PP Woven Fabric

The production process for Extrusion Tape Stretching Plants involves the creation of PP and HDPE tapes for various applications, such as manufacturing FIBC, Jumbo Bags, Carpet Backing, Tarpaulins, Wrapping Fabrics, and Raffia tapes. In the extrusion stage, a mixture of raw materials is fed into the extruder, where controlled external heat is applied to melt the material within the barrel. The molten mass is then shaped into a sheet or film, which is subsequently passed through a die head and cooled in a tank. The cooled and solidified sheet or film is then processed through cutting machines to yield higher-denier raffia tapes, which measure the fineness of yarn.
