Before final packing, each finished product is inspected in three layers by the quality control team. To ensure compliance with stated norms, a sample bag from each production lot is rigorously tested.

Pacific Bulk Bags generally packages FIBCs in bundles or bales with or without pallets. The standard bale size is 100cm x 110cm with a maximum height of 125cm. Each standard bale weighs around 450kgs, and 48 pallets are stuffed into each 40ft HC and 20ft container.
